Through Western Medical Assessments, appointments for routine independent medical assessments are arranged within an average of ten working days, with the written report in your hands within a further five to ten working days. Therefore, in effect, the time span between your request for an assessment and the receipt of the complete report is only three to four weeks!
These reports adhere to high standards of thoroughness and objectivity developed in response to your needs and expectations. Our quality assurance program ensures that the standard of examinations and reports remains high.
Another very valuable and cost-saving service we provide is document reviews (also known as file reviews), where the appropriate specialist is asked to offer a private opinion on the issues posed. In many cases, these reviews provide sufficient information to give the adjuster, case manager or lawyer the confidence to decide whether to proceed to the negotiating table or to send the claimant for additional investigations and/or treatment.
